Our services include:

• Laser Cutting Machine Installation and Commissioning: Complete mechanical, electrical, and optical setup, including base leveling, chiller connection, air and exhaust integration, and final calibration. Each machine undergoes operational verification and beam alignment to ensure precise cutting results.
• Laser Cutting Machine Replacement and Relocation: Safe dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation of existing laser cutting systems with reconfiguration and full recommissioning at the new site.
• Laser Welding Machine Installation and Commissioning: Positioning, grounding, optical path calibration, laser power source connection, and parameter tuning to match specific welding applications and materials.
• Raycus Laser Source Commissioning: Expert setup for Raycus 3000W and Raycus 6000W fiber laser sources, including internal fiber routing, cooling circuit configuration, power calibration, interlock verification, and communication interface testing.

All installations are performed following OEM specifications and international safety standards. Our engineers conduct initial system testing, verify electrical continuity and grounding, calibrate focusing optics, and run trial operations for cutting speed, precision, and stability.
